*Paid tickets (not using points or miles) $75 per person (domestic) and $100 per person (international), one way or roundtrip

Mixed mileage / paid trip: Sometimes it is necessary to purchase a paid ticket in conjunction with your mileage tickets to get you where you need to go. In these cases we charge an additional $75/$100 per ticket.

*There will be a $100 per person supplement on award travel bookings to or from Australia, New Zealand and Africa due to the complexities of those locations.

Bookings using multiple mileage accounts and/or the need to purchase / transfer points through the airline to supplement your account $75

Changes or cancellations of tickets start at $100 per person (in addition to airline charges.)

Complex bookings/changes will be charged an additional fee.

Terms and conditions:

Once I have secured your flights my fee is non-refundable, even if you are to cancel your trip. That’s because you are essentially paying me for the time it takes to search out the award seats and consult with me.

The Miles Guy facilitates airline travel; however, we are not a travel agency. Passengers are always subject to airline rules, regulations and the Conditions of Carriage. Airlines have the right to cancel, delay, change flights, move seats, and in extremely rare cases bump passengers and/or downgrade their class of service. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the time it takes for points to be transferred from a credit card to an airline frequent flyer program that leads to flights we presented no longer being available and miles stuck in a participating frequent flyer account. It is expressly agreed and understood that The Miles Guy is not liable or responsible for the actions of the airlines and/or credit card companies.
