We will fax your request on immediate receipt of the payment.
We will provide 4 years of COUNCIL ROCK SCHOOL DISTRICT, NORTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, & BUCKS COUNTY Real Estate tax payments. You will also need to contact Water & Sewer at 215-357-8515 for their information. We have two real estate taxes a year. County & Township Real estate –sent 3/1 due for discount by 4/30. School Real estate-sent 7/1 due for discount by 8/31. Tax Certifications are good for one month. Should an update, EVEN FOR PRIOR, be necessary we need the request faxed from the same number that we sent tax certificate to along with tax certificate within that month.
